Voice Calls & Phone Services
Our platform offers AI-powered voice call features through Twilio. When you use our phone agent services:
- Phone calls may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes. You will be informed if recording is enabled.
- Call transcripts are generated and stored to provide conversation history and analytics.
- Voice data is processed by Twilio (our telephony provider) and Amazon Web Services (for AI processing).
- Call recordings are stored securely in Amazon S3 and can be deleted by the account owner at any time.
- Phone numbers, call duration, and caller information are collected to provide the service and for billing purposes.
Google Calendar Integration
Our platform offers optional Google Calendar integration to enable AI-powered appointment scheduling. When you connect your Google Calendar:
- We request access to read your calendar events (to check availability) and create events (to book appointments).
- We store OAuth tokens (access token and refresh token) securely in our database to maintain the connection.
- We access your calendar data only to check availability and book appointments on your behalf when requested by callers or customers.
- We do not share your calendar data with any third parties.
- We store your Google account email address to display which account is connected in our dashboard.
- You can disconnect your Google Calendar at any time from Settings → Integrations. This immediately deletes all stored tokens and revokes our access.
Our use of Google Calendar data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
